Testimonials
I have had a working relationship with Rich for over 20 years. He always manages to help me keep my truck hauling cars, and conducting business as usual. He has routinely made critical repairs. Rich is honest, and known for his attention to detail. No job seems to be too big or too small for Rich; and he has a fast turnaround! Rich and his crew have a firm grasp on hydraulic electric and most importantly welding and fabrication. 30 plus years experience really shines through!

""Rich and his staff have provided excellent service to Holiday Valley in snowmaking-pipe welding, chair lift parts fabrication and repair, and providing certified stainless steel welding on our new Mountain Coaster installation during the summer of 2011. The coaster installation was a challenging project as all the welding was completed on the track site that included 1800 linear feet of uphill and 2300 feet of downhill track, with some sections elevated to heights of 30+ feet through a wooded section and in very rough terrain. This was a very large project and completed on time with superb craftsmanship. I have depended on them to get our capital pipe projects completed on time and in budget and appreciate the extra effort taken in 1 emergency repair service in adverse weather conditions over the past several years the work has always been top quality!"

"We have worked with Rich Vacinek on several occasions, from small tank and equipment repair jobs to complete fabrication and installation projects. We have found them to be accessible, available and able to provide the quality of work necessary for successful projects. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get the job done and done right."

"Rich, I am writing to thank you for the outstanding job you did in fabricating a bare root bucket for our Tree Farm business. You went over and above our expectations - the workmanship was outstanding. I also appreciated you taking the extra step to install a foam cushion on the edge of the bucket so that the tree bark will not get damaged. I know your design took into consideration the need for a cushion - I saw the welded tabs that you strategically placed to assist in fastening a cushion. But I assumed that I would have to purchase and install the cushion myself. Lastly, I want to complement you on customer service. I asked if you could complete this bucket in a couple of days so that we could use it later that week and you were very accommodating. Thank you."

This letter is written on behalf of the Shoremeadow Community Association to express our appreciation for a JOB WELL DONE; completing the phase one repairs to the Community beach access Steel Staircase.
The Staircase was extensively damaged during severe winter storms in November/December of 2019 leaving it unsafe to use. As we all are aware, March of 2020 COVID-19 officially started. Steel Contractors were contacted also local craftsmen were interviewed yet due to the circumstances no one was interested in a challenging repair on a 30-foot bi-level staircase.
Weldall was contacted and scheduled a visit to review the damage. Richard Vacinek visited the site on September of 2020 and assessed the damage. The assessment included an overall cost to repair all the damage and preexisting lower beam corrosion. He gave a ballpark budget $$ number which exceeded our expectations.
In April 2021 Weldall was contacted to discuss a possible phased approach to repair the staircase. Richard V suggested a phase 1 approach which would make the structure safe to use by repairing/replacing 38 stairs and replacing the missing NW vertical support. Phase 2 would be the remaining work when approved. This idea reduced the cost and allowed the repairs for phase 1 to be approved and completed by mid June 2021.
The work was executed in a safe, efficient manner highlighting a Quality repair in a timely fashion in challenging conditions.
Richard, Billy, Jake and Crystal of Weldall are to be commended for their efforts!
The Community was surprised and appreciative that the stairs were ready in time to celebrate the 4th of July on the beach!!
